Refund and Returns Policy
At FS-ELEC, we stand behind the quality of our professional audio products. Please review our clear and transparent refund policy below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@fs-elec.com. Please include:
Your Order Number
Clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a Free Reshipment or a Full Refund within 48 hours. No return shipping is required for defective items.
2. Change of Mind / Unused Returns If you change your mind, we accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
Return Window: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: $0 (No restocking fees will be charged).
3. How Refunds Are Processed Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal).
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to officially post to your bank account or credit card statement.
4. Important Exclusions
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
International customers must contact sales@fs-elec.com before sending items back to receive the correct return address instructions
